Revolutionary Bank seeking

Salesforce Developer

If you are a skilled and experienced Salesforce developer who is fanatic about logic, troubleshooting and problem-solving, this is the role for you.

This is not your typical job… We are not the typical bank...

The perfect Salesforce Development job – for the right person.

But who are we?

Ndi Orah Microfinance Bank is not your typical bank. We are a digital private bank that offers one of the safest and the most transparent bank in the world.

But we’re just getting started…

We’re about to revolutionize modern banking by bringing it back to the way it’s SUPPOSED to be: Safe, Transparent, Genuine.

And we’re well on our way to accomplish this ambitious goal…

Of course, we couldn’t deliver a great user experience without having world-class technologies solutions.

That’s why we need to hire a rockstar Salesforce Development Specialist.

But what’s in it for you?

Who are we?

We are revolutionizing banking...

Modern banking is broken. And we are bringing it back to the way it’s SUPPOSED to be: safe, transparent, and relationship-oriented.

We operate 100% digitally to our customers who are located all over the world.

And our clients choose us because of our ability to solve their problems, add value delivered as a great experience by a team of A-players.

Our operations have grown a lot in the past year, and it’s time to automate.

That’s why we need to hire a rockstar salesforce developer who recognizes life doesn’t come with an instruction manual.

We’re a small team, and everyone wears a lot of hats. In this role, you’ll have a significant amount of autonomy and the chance to be a part of a bank that puts the client first. The way banking should be done.

So what’s in it for you?

Why join Ndi Orah Microfinance Bank?

  1. The Satisfaction of Building Automated Solutions

If you’ve worked in a tech development team before, you already know how important it is to streamline your workflow.

At Ndi Orah Microfinance Bank, we strive to provide out-of-the-box solutions and automated systems to eliminate repetitive tasks. We’re at a point of transition between manual tasks and automated workflows.

With your expertise and problem-solving, we will continue to make improvements with our systems.

2. Your Work Will Directly Influence Our Organization

This is not your typical work environment. You’ll be bringing things into existence that didn’t exist the day before.

The ideal candidate will have the problem-solving skills and motivation to be involved in helping build the bank from the ground-up and helping run it like a well-oiled machine.

Because of this, the ideal candidate sees themself as more than just a programmer.

You have to be able to teach yourself. Self-study is the ability to learn by yourself without anybody teaching you, and is critical to succeed in this role.

Many parts of this role, like life, do not come with an instruction manual. Yes, there will be guidelines and specific desired outcomes, but how the results are achieved is where your magic happens. You will make decisions that will impact the business for years to come.

If you want a cushy remote job that you can do the bare minimum and get by, this is not the right job for you.

But if you want a role that challenges you to grow and develop both yourself and the business, keep reading.

3. Flexible Schedule That Meets Your Needs

We believe that the traditional 9-5 work schedule is a relic of the past.

While there’s always work to do, we don’t have a (digital) punch card for you to clock in at 9 AM each morning.

The official company time zone is Atlantic Standard Time, but while the job is remote you are free to work from any location in the world and have a lot of freedom to arrange your workday in a way that suits you — as long as you are delivering excellent work and able to fulfill your responsibilities in a timely fashion.

4. Work with Fascinating, Successful Colleagues

You’ll be working with some of the most inspiring people you’ve met: prolific and reputable businessman and investor James Hickman, former Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan employees, seasoned lawyers, creative marketers and most of all, effective problem solvers.

You’ll be exposed to a wealth of knowledge. Even from our weekly team meetings, you’ll get to learn about negotiating, financial education, deal structuring, tax efficiencies, setting up international structures, investing and so much more.

We recruit people who are not just brilliant, but those who are positive, motivated, take ownership of goals and work hard to create their own realities. We know that A players attract other A players.

5. We Invest In Your Future And Success

In most jobs, you learn the ropes once, and then keep doing the same things over and over again. That’s not how we work at Ndi Orah Microfinance Bank.

As an independent bank, we are disrupting the banking industry, and the key to our success is that we’re always learning and improving everything we do.

All members of our team are committed to lifelong learning. Whether it’s something that will help us perform better at work, understand the financial system better, build better relationships, lead a healthier life, whatever it is…

While this is currently a part-time role, we expect to have more upcoming projects to automate our systems. We invest in the long-term success of all our team members. We offer resources and educational courses for you to continuously improve and develop your skills — both personally and professionally.

We look at professional development as a long-term investment in our team and our business. And this is why your development is so important to our organization.

Join us and you’ll work for a company you can actually grow with.

As you’ve probably noticed by now, this is not like the average career listing… because we’re not looking for an average person.

We’ve done our best to both attract the best person for the role, and repel anyone who is not right for it (like any good marketing message should).

The ball is now in your court.

Below, you’ll find a form that’s been specifically designed for this role, and fill it in, in detail.

We will shortly follow up with a series of responses including a first review, testing, a phone interview, a 2-3 hour video interview, and more.

One final message before we finish: If you don’t have a strong interest in learning and personal development, you will, unfortunately, find that you’ll be left behind by the growth of the rest of the team. We ask that you please do not apply for this role.
